Motoza was founded in 2011 with the idea of providing small business clients with real customer service and honest work, something that is sadly lacking in the Search Market industry. The founders, Andrew Cao and Carlos Crespo, share over twelve years of experience, fueling a system designed to help small business owners find success online.

Our philosophy. Simplified.

After numerous years working for both small business work spaces and big corporations, Carlos and Andrew did not feel that the culture in their respective companies was congruent to a central philosophy. Motoza’s philosophy empowers us to provide the best for our clients, while at the same time being able to truly enjoy the work we do at Motoza.

Our philosophy is quite simple: 1. Regardless of the client’s size, we do our absolute best for our clients. 2. We treat our clients the same way we would like to be treated. 3. We work hard, play hard. These three simple statements have helped mold Motoza’s culture into something that is unique from many other companies. Just to name a few examples:

The Motoza Culture

Flexible, results-based scheduling! Motoza is about getting work done with excellence, which means not necessarily abiding by the standard 8-5 workday. If someone needs to run some errands for a client, we appreciate that; no need to clock in, clock out– as long as we are ultimately helping our clients.

Speaking up is encouraged! One of the biggest things we encourage everyone to do at Motoza is to speak up if there is an issue or a better way to do things. No one is perfect, no one has all the answers, so this is the best way to learn from each other. There is no such thing as a stupid idea!

Work Hard. Play Hard.

Never stop learning. With so many changes in the technological world, especially in online marketing, there is an “adapt or disappear” attitude in this industry. At Motoza we are constantly educating ourselves with new ideas while striving to grow, ensuring that we are doing the best work for out clients.

Have fun! Everyone knows an overworked and stressed life is unhealthy. We here at Motoza encourage everyone to take breaks when needed: get some fresh air, play video games, read a magazine, etc. Motoza also includes a premium gym membership to encourage our employees well-being.
